Roman Blinds: your questions answered
How much space do Roman blinds need above the window?
When raised, the folds stack at the top of the window, usually 20–30cm depending on the height of the blind and the fabric. We can fit it above the recess so the stack sits clear of the glass.
Can I have a Roman blind in a kitchen?
Yes, as long as it isn't directly behind the sink or hob. We'll steer you towards a fabric that copes with the occasional splash.
Can you make a Roman blind from my own fabric?
